Our HIIT classes are designed to bring the game to everyone. Indoor and outdoor classes carefully crafted to give you a great calorie burning workout while strengthening and increasing overall fitness. Wrapped in the excitement of the beautiful game.Â

Generally either indoor or outdoor shoes depending on the location. Water. (Shinguards for Video Recorded Pick-ups). The rest we provide.Â

Chicago, Houston, Miami, and DC are our current service cities.Â
We do not currently offer memberships but we offer discounts for frequent attenders. We do plan to offer memberships in the future. Reach out to us via email we can discuss a plan with you.
Video recorded pick-ups are very competitive if you are good enough you are old enough. Those underage need parental consent.Â
Community pick ups are for everyone we set-up every event to accommodate all participants.
