Daily Session Breakdown
Arrive 45 minutes early to start warming up.
Focus: Technical & Tactical Development
9:00 – 10:00 AM: Technical Stations (passing, dribbling, shooting, 1v1)
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Tactical Drills (team shape, transitions, pressing, positing, build-up play)
11:00 – 12:00 PM: Small-Sided Games (3v3, 5v5) + Coach Feedback
